Privacy Policy (GDPR)

We process data provided during requests or registration:

• Customer: Name, surname, phone number, email, pickup/delivery address, vehicle details (license plate, model).
• Transporter: Business name, Tax ID, registered office, contact details, copies of transport licenses, and insurance policies.

• Contract Fulfillment (Mediation): To match requests with offers and transfer contact details between parties.
• Legal Obligation (DAC7): Record-keeping and reporting of sales data on the platform to tax authorities per EU directive.
• Legitimate Interest: Portal security, dispute resolution, and feedback (reviews).

• Customer ↔ Transporter: At the moment of pairing, we transfer necessary data to the other party to execute the transport.
• Authorities: Tax authorities under the DAC7 reporting obligation (transporters only).
• Processors: Providers of web hosting and cloud infrastructure, IT support, accounting services, phone-number verification (SMS), email communication, and mapping/logistics services (route and distance calculation).

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary. Data used to arrange and mediate a transport is kept for the duration of the mediation and subsequently for the applicable limitation periods for potential disputes. Data contained in accounting and tax documents and data required to fulfil the DAC7 reporting obligation is kept for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (up to 10 years). After these periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object. Complaints can be filed with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.gov.cz) or your local supervisory authority.
