PARTNER CODE OF CONDUCT OF THE ODTAHOMAT.CZ PORTAL
This code defines the standards of quality, professionalism, and ethical behavior that the odtahomat.cz Portal requires from all registered Transporters. The goal is to build a trustworthy network of professionals in the vehicle transport industry.
1.1. Representation: The Transporter is aware that they act as a professional partner when executing transport mediated by the Portal. Polite and professional behavior towards the Customer is required.
1.2. Technical Condition: The transport vehicle (tow truck) must be in good technical condition, clean, and fully equipped for safe loading and securing of the vehicle (certified straps, functional winch, etc.).
1.3. Expertise: The driver must be trained in handling various types of vehicles (e.g., automatic transmissions, electric vehicles, lowered chassis) to prevent damage.
2.1. Price Adherence: The price agreed on the Portal is binding and final. The Transporter must not demand additional fees from the Customer on-site (e.g., for mileage, tolls) that were not previously approved in the request.
2.2. Payment Ethics: The Transporter is obliged to issue a proper tax document (invoice or cash receipt) to the Customer corresponding to the agreed price.
2.3. Anti-Bypassing: The Transporter commits not to bypass the Portal by attempting to arrange future transports with the Customer outside the odtahomat.cz system to avoid commission fees.
3.1. Deadlines: Punctuality is a priority. In the event of an unexpected delay (accident, traffic jam), the Transporter is obliged to immediately inform the Customer and the Portal Dispatch.
3.2. Availability: From the moment the transport is confirmed until its completion, the Transporter (driver) must be reachable at the provided telephone number.
3.3. Documentation: The Transporter commits to performing photo documentation of the vehicle during loading (especially of existing damage) to prevent potential disputes with the Customer.
4.1. Securing the Cargo: The Transporter must not endanger road safety or the cargo through improper securing. The vehicle must be fixed at least according to standard vehicle transport norms.
4.2. Validity of Documents: The Transporter guarantees that every journey is executed with a valid license and liability insurance. Executing a journey without valid insurance is considered a gross violation of this code.
5.1. Reviews: The Transporter must not pressure the Customer regarding ratings on the Portal. High-quality ratings are earned exclusively through top-tier service.
5.2. Confidentiality: The Transporter maintains confidentiality regarding the Portal's internal processes and confidential customer information.
6.1. Violation of any point of this code may lead to:
- • Temporary suspension of the Transporter's account.
- • Permanent exclusion from the Portal without the right to compensation for damages.
- • A financial contractual penalty in case of proven bypassing of the Portal (according to the commission agreement).
